List deals

GET 
/v1/deals

Returns the deals visible to your partner (the full catalogue feed). Results are filtered by global rules and partner-specific toggles; this endpoint is partner-scoped and does not enforce any individual member's eligibility. Each deal carries available_regions (filter by region client-side) and claimable_without_eligibility (false = a default member can't redeem it now — a per-member region/eligibility gate, or it's not redeemable yet e.g. coming_soon — so you can hide or gate it).
